I think that one of the most important moments in the history of animation is when Disney made the classic movie "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" reason why I think it is important is because this is the world first full length animated movies and it is also a in color a feat that surprised and shocked many people during that time.It was important because it was release during the middle of the great depression when many American at that time is working long hours and have little to no time to relax until Sunday. Then when Sunday rolls around and since movies are cheap to watch back then, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" was quickly loved by many and a enjoyable time for people back then to forget their worries for 83 minutes. Due to the success of the film 2D animation took off and Disney as a Company is starting to make many more 2D full length animated movies and other company soon follows in it foot steps.
